Airman Heating & Cooling repairs all makes & models, including but not limited to, Ruud, Rheem, Lennox, and Goodman. Our vans are fully stocked with most common components, such as, fan motors, capacitors, thermostats, transformers, relays, and sequencers. All parts are factory certified.

We also make repairs on larger components, such as, compressors with scroll technology, evaporators, and condenser coils. We excel in refrigerant leak detection and leak repair of R-22 & R410-A refrigerant contained systems.

All of our parts are manufacturer warrantied and Airman offers up to 90 days of labor warranty on the installed parts & repairs, saving you money and keeping you comfortable with the worry-free operation.

We have FLAT RATE REPAIR PRICING with no expensive hourly rates all day, Monday through Friday.

Installations:

Airman Heating & Cooling professionally installs split systems, packaged systems, and a plethora of ducting materials. Not all installations are created equal. There are many companies out there but only a few install correctly. AIRMAN GETS IT RIGHT. We custom design & engineer for each specific application in your home or business. No corners are cut – quality craftsmanship is key to winning and keeping customers and contracts.

Our installations are backed up by pulling local permits and passing inspections the first time. We pride ourselves on keeping your home or business neat and clean during the entire process, whether it’s wearing shoe covers on rainy days or laying out necessary tarps to protect your floors & valuables. Nothing is left out of the equation. We get in, install a quality product, and leave as if we were never there.

Our air conditioners come with up to 10 years of manufacturer’s parts warranties and we cover the labor for one year. Ruud system’s sold come with 10 years manufacturer’s parts and a great 10 year labor policy.  Our air conditioners not only stand the test of time, but are also affordable. We can work with just about any budget. Financing is available upon request.

We most often install & recommend Ruud, systems due to their dependability & affordability. We also install Honeywell controls, such as thermostats and dehumidifying devices.

We are experts in air purification, and use filters, U.V. light systems, and ozone devices. We can remove contaminants, purifying your home air better than what you breathe outside, keeping your home safer and practically germ free. Most people think this is expensive; Quite the contrary – it is affordable and many times we offer these items at no additional cost with our special sales and packages.

Imagine not having to pay for hot water? We offer heat recovery units which will recycle hot air from your home and transfer it back into your water heater.

Checkups:

Your Air Conditioner is the most used appliance in your home. In the state of Florida, they’re used 2,800 Hours a year (to be exact). Imagine driving your car at 50 miles an hour for 2,800 hours – that’s 140,000 miles. Let’s get real – it definitely needs to be serviced.

This service goes by many names: clean & checks, service checks, preventative maintenance, or inspections. At Airman, we like to call them checkups. Our checkup is designed to catch a small problem before it becomes a catastrophic problem. By catastrophic we mean a HOT HOUSE at 10 o’clock at night. A single annual checkup may have prevented this catastrophe. 80% of failures are electrical in nature. Maybe it was a depleted capacitor, pests that shorted a contact, or a corroded wire that eventually burned off. You may have a small refrigerant leak, or perhaps you simply forgot to change your filter. Your air conditioner also has a drain just like your sink, which can clog up and cause water damage to the interior of your home. All these situations could have been prevented with a single checkup before the summer heat starts and your A/C begins another 140,000 mile trip. Our superb and accurate diagnostics performed during our checkups more than probably would have pinpointed the issue, saving you money, time, and anguish.

We inspect over 20 of the most common points of failure, clean your drain line and pans, and gather all temperatures and amperages of your system. We fully explain to you any issues we find, and can repair them the same day. Utilizing clean, professional and knowledgeable technicians, we treat your home or business as if it was our own.
